Re: BT cloud closing.

@valski52  Not sure if it helps but I’ve just checked and I can log in to BTCloud.bt.com. And it also lets me download the app. There’s no harm in giving BT a call. And, being more positive, they may still be able to help.

Re: BT cloud closing.

I don't understand why bt couldn't put each customers data and a memory stick and post it to them as they say they don't have many customers using the bt cloud anymore. Total lack of customer care by bt.

Re: BT cloud closing.

@Bobbyboy169  To be fair, although it’s really annoying that BT have decided to withdraw what was a really useful service, they did give us 3 months to sort ourselves out. And yes there will be the few that for whatever reason managed to miss the deadline. But it appears there may very well be still some support for those too. Sending USB sticks out was never going to work. Just sit back and have a think of what would need to happen to keep the 1TB of data secure, and ensuring it arrives at the intended location and recipient  at a reasonable cost through the postal system..

Re: BT Cloud is closing

I missed the notification about BT Cloud shutting down on the 31st and haven't downloaded my files, is there anything I can do to retrieve them past the cut off date?
