I have the same issue. Is the website opt-in not fixed?

Sorry you're having problems opting in to the WiFi. Are you seeing any specific error messages? Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing?

When I check the box to opt-in, it does a loading screen, but then doesn't apply anything.

Hi, yes, I accessed that page in MyBT account under products section after signing in with my BT ID.
