When I go into My BT to view my bills an Accept Cookies pops up. If I accept the request a Sorry oops happens and the app crashes. The only way to view bill is to reject the request or to view the bill in background mode. I am on Android and wonder what the solution is to rectify the glitch.
Yep same issue for me and seen reviews on Google Play store mention it too. I guess we will have to reject cookies to view Bills etc till the app is updated/fixed.
