I hated the change to Norton Password Manager.
I should not have switched.
Norton has lost all my logins and notes. My vault it totally empty. Yes I am using the same account, signing in with my mybt account.
All data is lost. This is so unbelievably inconvenient! I use the notes to store AWS credentials and other vital data.
Do backup your Vault data while you can.

Same here. Norton suddenly decides I have no subscription when logging in via my BT, and the browser extensions stopped working. Now it wants be to create a new vault. I can still access the old one vault via the iOS app - I'm trying not to get logged out of those otherwise that's hundreds of passwords gone.
Bring back Truekey, it was reliable unlike the integration between BT and Norton.
Same thing happened to me today, complained to BT have been promised a call back to fix the problem.
Hopefully they will be able to restore my data will have to wait and see, not impressed with Norton at all.
Logged in again just now and my vault has been restored everything seems to be back again hopefully everyone else is the same.

Yes, sure enough mine is suddenly available again. Relieved that it's back, but its a worry that they can just disappear.
BT and NORTON have to get this sorted.
