I have now transferred all my critical stuff elsewhere.

Maybe just a temporary bug i would give it a bit of time hopefully Norton will fix it soon

Lo and behold, my vault has now returned - all my data present and correct. But it was a terrifying few hours when it went AWOL. Lesson learned - Norton Password Manager is a bag of spanners. Back up your data folks!
