I've read a number of threads regarding the claim of the free gamepass ultimate included in my package.
I've paid 2 bills now but still cannot see the 'content partners' option on my products within MYBT, can anyone help?

if you are using the MYBT app you need to use a web browser to access MYBT the your products then manage. if still nothing post back

Yes i'm using on a desktop. Also tried on mobile and the app to no avail.
as you have tried on web page then I have asked a mod to see if they can help
