I've read a couple of these & now have same problem..
sent access code ages ago and clicked on it but didn't use Netflix as was using my Father in laws account while he had us added. Now things have changed and want to access the Netlix that come with the package but it's not accessible I guess because we never actually logged in to it.
I spoken to two people on the phone and one online, anything they've sent me has not been right, 1 was to access NOW TV, the other was some kind of upgrade reminder, online guys emails didn't come through at all.
Please help!

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. If you didn't use the access code when it was sent it's likely expired and you'll need to reorder the Netflix part of the package. If you send me your details, I'll be able to give you a hand getting that set up again.
