As someone is working on it @Kimbrich6 I can't tread on their toes. Also, this does look to be a complex issue - my usual guy can't tell why it failed, and our EE regrade specialist is on leave today.
@watttwo I've pinged off a request to the warehouse to try to find out why your items haven't been picked for dispatch yet. I can't comment on pricing I'm afraid - way too complex for me to even try to understand, so I try to stick to the technical stuff.

@DarrenDev Are we any closer to having online journeys available? I’m keen to explore the free mini boxes or Apple TV options but would prefer to see all the detail online and then put the order through.
I don't have a date for the online journeys I'm afraid, but I'm led to believe it's unlikely to be this month. I'd love to be proven wrong.

Order is rejected and has moved to closed orders. EE account with new email address just errors out
