recording 4 programmes

i have just joined up and it says that my bt box can record 4 programmes at once but it is only letting me do 2 any ideas

You can only record four channels using an aerial. IP delivery is limited to two currently.

The current user guide for the TV Box Pro says

You can record up to four programmes at
once when your TV Box is in ‘Aerial Mode’.
(If your box is in ‘Internet Mode’ you can
only record two programmes at once.)

or to put it another way

the box currently has 4 Freeview tuners and the ability to receive two multicast IP delivered channels.

so if in IP mode you will not be using the Freeview tuners and you will only be able to record  two.
