I want to change my email password but I’m having trouble logging in to the email section of MyBT. When I select email, from the top line, I’m presented with a log in page which says indicates a future change to the log in process. When I try to log in using my current details, all it does is refresh the page. Has anyone else experienced this and/or has a solution?
Logout of MyBT and try the direct email login page
Have done that but page continues to refresh with no indication of errors.
Try clearing your cookies and cache or try a different browser.
Ok, done that, tried Safari and chrome, same result.
Nothing else I can suggest so will flag your problem to the mods.
