Email app

Hello. Some of the emails I receive in the app are expanded so much they are unreadable.  Is there a way to fix this please.

Yes, simply uninstall the completely dire BT mail app and install a proper one such as Blue mail.

Can you go here https://www.bt.com/email and check the display of the emails you're seeing as expanded on there please?
