Email password

Hi,

My email address  has been frozen by BT because there is some suspicion that it may have been compromised. 

The instructions suggest changing my password. Unfortunately, I don't have an account. I've had multiple addresses and my account must be at least 15 yes old. No idea about the registering post code. I have tried a few.

How can I change my password? The security questions keep asking for the original postcode.

Any ideas please?

Hi @Elaine1231, welcome to the forum and sorry you're having trouble accessing your email account. 
Is this an @btinternet.com email address?
Are you trying to access on webmail or do you have a Premium Mail account? BT Email products | Types of BT Emails | BT Help
