My email address has been frozen by BT because there is some suspicion that it may have been compromised.
The instructions suggest changing my password. Unfortunately, I don't have an account. I've had multiple addresses and my account must be at least 15 yes old. No idea about the registering post code. I have tried a few.
How can I change my password? The security questions keep asking for the original postcode.
Any ideas please?

Is this an @btinternet.com email address?
