I'm having the same issue as this person, I would like to create an additional email, but I don't have that button to click when I try. Could you help with this please?
Do you already have an active BTMail email account associated with your current BT broadband account.
Yes, I have 2 already.
I suspect the problem has been caused when BT removed the option to create email accounts to new customers and they haven't thought about "old"customers who retain that option.
I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They will advise you by posting on this thread.
