Hi Guys, is there a problem logging into BT email?? I have been trying to log in on my desktop since yesterday and it is the same today, both the email address and login password have been entered correctly (I have @btinternet.com)
Really need to get this sorted, I'm in the middle of signing a new rental agreement and prefer to do everything on my desktop.

Try clearing the history and cookies from your web browser.
Done that. Nope, waiting for signin.bt.com
I have been able to log into My BT and through the help and support page, manage emails accounts, logging in to the email address and it still won't log in. All cookies have been cleared.
No problems here using webmail. Are you using an email client and if so which one
Are you able to use a different web browser to see if its a browser problem?
If that doesn't help you could try turning off your BT hub for a 15 minutes to see if its allocated a new IP address which will hopefully use a different email server which may allow you to log on.
Yes I'm getting a security warning about login page (https://www.bt.com/email) with firefox and edge. Also my sign in details are not recognised via this either https://home.gotham.bt.com/login/loginform?TARGET=$SM$https%3A%2F%2Fsignin1.gotham.bt.com%2Fbtmail%2.... So I think its down to BT. Also I can't log into my BT. Just tried brave browser on android same security warning about certificate and that was using my o2 mobile data!!
