I have a post office travel card linked to an app on my iPhone
Verification emails sent by the Post office are not being received.
I have
a) checked spam/junk
b) Cleared all my email rules in settings and deleted all blocked senders
c) Cleared all caches
d) Software on iphone is up to date
e) Tried accessing email via Chrome and Microsoft edge
When I called the Post office to explain the first question they asked was; was my email a Bt.com account- they said a problem with all BT email accounts.
Anyone got a work around please ?
Thanks
Simon

Yes, create a Gmail address.
Yes sorry that was shorthand
my email address ends @btinternet.com
That won’t work as the post office account is linked to the btinternet.com email address and doesn’t recognise another email a/c ( presumably to prevent fraud)
I'm sure it will if you change your post office account to link to a Gmail address instead of a btinternet address.
Hi @SimonJ1 ,
I am having exactly the same issue and been through same processes including adding @postoffice.co.uk as a safe sender.
I am now stuck and cannot verify the new PO app and therefore cannot topup the card.
PO not interested and say BT issue.
Did you find a solution?
Thanks
