Please help! Trying to login to webmail on a macbook using Chrome. Getting the following message:
"Sorry, something's gone wrong!
There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again!
If you keep getting this message please contact the helpdesk, quoting the error code starting bmx_2xxx you'll find in your browser."
In this case my error code is bmx_2008
App seems to be working ok. What's happened to my webmail?
Same here, on Linux using Firefox and getting the same error.

I am having problems in Haslemere
I have been getting the very same message & error code while trying to log-in on Firefox this morning. It is infuriating, as all was fine when I logged off late last night on the same computer. I desperately need to be able to use my email asap & would appreciate being informed of what is wrong & when it will be fixed.

Me too. App works but get the bmx error on webmail. The online support said wait time was less than 5 minutes... 45 minutes ago. Clearly all hands on deck. Would be nice if they could communicate to users ...
Hi again, while we're still trying to fix the issue completely, it is now working for some users. Please give it another try (maybe clear cache and cookies if its still not working). I'll report back ASAP when I've been told its fixed.
