Apologies for re-running an existing theme.
I have been moved over to Digital Voice, with my landline plugged into the back of a BT Smart Hub 2.
With my current BT package, I understand that call diversion is free and want to divert incoming landline calls to my mobile.
My BT broadband package includes a 700-minute calling plan.
I now have an EE mobile contract (was BT until the ‘merger’ with EE). This includes unlimited standard minutes & texts in the UK.
What I want to confirm that this service is free. In other words, there is no charge to divert calls from my landline to the EE mobile.
I’ve looked at the FAQs/Community site and the answer is not at all clear.
I am looking for a definitive, ‘non-politician’ answer.
Please help if you can.
Thanks for the reply, but this is an automated response which tells me nothing new.
Thanks for the response - once again this is all standard stuff. There is reference to call to BT Mobile..........as far as I know, BT Mobile is no longer available which is why I was re-contracted to EE.
It just not clear !!
