Hi,
I have a telephone number that can make calls but cannot receive calls.
The account belong to my eldery mother who does not know how to use computers properly and I can't register the BTID because its trying to send an email to a @btinternet.com user and I have no option to pick another email address.
This is an urgent request to fix this because she has many hospital appointment that cannot be arranged and there is no option to speak to a human via the telephone!!!!
Chat is also taking a very long time!
does your mother have BT broadband and if so has she recently been moved to digital voice?
This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.
