Upgraded to full fibre & digital voice last year. Today discovered cordless phones in house if you call don't ring out - have checked ringer on both base & handsets. Also if you try to dial out from them you get constant engaged tone. Have reset hub to no avail. Any suggestions
Is the cordless base con ected to the green phone socket on back of hub?
If you go to hub manager (enter 192.168.1.254 into address bar) and does it show phone number and active?
