Hi all - we switched to BT about 2 months ago and got digital voice as part of the pacakge. The nearly new phone handset has stopped taking a charge (it's plugged in, mains OK, properly sitting in handset, cable properly connected so pretty sure it's a hardware problem).
Will BT replace the handset does anyone know, or do I need to go buy something?

Call customer services 0330 1234 150 and ask for a replacement.
