Digital voice

I've just been offered an upgrade that is cheaper than I'm paying. It includes switch to digital voice. No where in the checkout process do I get to choose between the one advanced or two essential free handsets. Any one know how this works? I think the default is the one advanced.

Re: Digital voice

You normally go to BT Advanced Digital Home Phone (090258) | BT Shop place the phone in the basket at it's full price and then 100% discount is applied at checkout - normally, but DV has been put on hold recently so I don't know how it works now.

Re: Digital voice

When you get changed over you will receive an email informing you that the change over took place. The email explains how to get the DV adaptor or a Digital phone. Using the link listed in the email checks that you are entitled to the items for free and gives you a code to use.

What if I don't want to use my phone near my Hub?
You can order a free wireless handset to pair with your Hub and use anywhere in your home, or an adapter to use your existing phone in another room. Text HANDSET or ADAPTOR to 61998 or order at bt.com/DVEquipment
