Fetching the Authorization Token... Please wait for a moment...

Go to solution

Trying to look at the Landline (Digital Voice) View All Calls or Mobile phone usage, I am getting the message:

Fetching the Authorization Token... Please wait for a moment...

I can wait and wait . . .

Hello Richard

I had the same problem recently and discovered that it would appear you now have to allow pop-ups from bt.com in order to view usage - a strange change for BT to make given that most people block pop-ups by default.

See another recent post on the same topic (with no replies yet).

https://community.bt.com/t5/Bills-Packages/Pop-up-for-token-authorisation-when-viewing-usage/m-p/235...

Hope that helps.

Alison,

Thanks - I somehow missed the previous post about this.

Another oddity about the way the BT website works (apart from needing popups to be allowed) is that when logging on to the MyBT website or BT email, it uses the email addresses in the Personal Information (in Wallet on Edge browser), rather than email addresses and passwords stored for the bt.com website.

As I have three different email addresses stored in personal information, it keeps giving me the choice rather than using the one selected last time I signed on!

Try the following

In the address bar, on the far right of the URL, there should be two icons with a down arrow alongside them.

The right hand icon is for "Show typed History"

Click the icon on the left

And Click allow popups.

Right icon may show something different ie "Read aloud this page"
