Thank you for your post and welcome back!

I am sorry for the problems you've had with your package after moving home.  I understand you want to remove Digital Voice from your account and I appreciate the time you have spent on the phone trying to sort this out.

Interestingly I just put 192.168.1.254 into my browser and on the screen that comes up no telephone number shows (although I suppose it might be on a deeper link) and yet I have a landline which shows on my bills. (I have decided for my other landline also to keep it even when we get digital voice as it is not much extra cost and so hard to remove it as BT seem like many companies to make it dead easy to add things and pay more and really hard to pay them less)

Of course no number is shown, you don't have Digital Voice.
