We are having the same issue  its been ongoing since August phone not configured we've had a engineer but he couldn't do anything because its on bt side but its still not working

Hi @Rob3rts75 and thanks for the post. 

I can see @NeilO has offered help on your other thread but in the meantime you might want to contact the FTTP team on 08005874787 who should be able to get a fault raised to the tech guys to investigate this as the engineer was unable to resolve.
