digital voice

hi I've been on this néw service since 28th August. I am able tk make calls but can't receive any from my family who all have either sky or virgin bt dong seem to be able to work out what  wrong was wondering if anyone else is having or have had this problem?

I'm not receiving calls full stop, two weeks after they said I would !

Hi @annegray01 and thanks for posting.

I'm sorry you not receiving calls. Do you have a dial tone? Are you able to make calls? Have you reported a fault? 

@deniseroo has your issue been resolved or do you still need help?

I  have a dialling tone and can make calls.

BT said it would work on the 17th October.

Then they said the 27th.

Now they say the 31st

 

It is so long on hold to call them I lose the will to live.

I've had full fibre installed for several weeks.

I recontracted on 23rd August for 2 years.

They said I must have digital voice.

But my monthly bills are high as they state " out of contract "

I have called and called but they seem unable to explain anything.

My BT app is just as useless, never giving up to date information

My November bill looks even higher, so I guess I have to call again and waste another half day

I can completely understand how frustrating this is for you. There's probably an issue with the order which is being worked on in the background. I can try and find out what's happening if you wish. I'll drop you over a private message now so you can get in touch.
