Re: Connecting to WiFi

I have AP on the display and have connected my phone to the WWS wifi  but my laptop won't go into the 192.168.1.1 page.

If your phone is connected to the WWS WiFi, then you can use a browser on your phone to go to 192.168.1.1.

If your laptop is connected to WWS WiFi, then use a browser on your laptop.

You need to use a browser on whichever device is connected to that WiFi.

Now feel I'm getting somewhere!

Obvious next question, where do I find all the information it's asking for  🤔

Off to bed until tomorrow.

Re: Connecting to WiFi

Here's a bigger image of the 192.168.1.1 webpage I have managed to get to🤣

Now just need to know where/what all the required information can be found.

Re: Connecting to WiFi

I presume Router/Password are my wifi credentials from the BT Hub - no problem.

No idea where I find the Weather Underground or Weather Cloud information?

Will the station only work into the Wunderground App? I notice one has to PAY for the upgraded version at almost £4 a month! That is not in my budget!!

Re: Connecting to WiFi

Congratulations 😊

I'm afraid I can't help you on the Weather Underground - I suspect you'll need to find a weather station forum for assistance with those aspects of things.

Please don't forget @licquorice 's previous comment regarding the Weather Station IP address.  I don't see anything on the screen you posted about this, but there may be something in the 'Advanced' page?

It's possible that the device only uses the 192.168.1.1 address when in AP mode, and uses DHCP to get an address from the Hub once 'properly' connected, but it would be good to confirm this before connecting it to your Hub.

I think that is the case but I'll check with the manufacturer/supplier. I seem to remember something like that.

Once again, thanks.
