Moving home

Can't get through to BT - so can anyone help please. We are moving home to a house which does not have a phone. They have the BT sockets - just no line. Anyone know how much notice BT will need to install a new line? We have broadband as well, so that would need sorting at the same time.

At least two weeks notice but you can contact them now and give them the date when you want the move to take place.
