BT Broadband activated thus morning, tv set up fine.
However can't access the My BT app or BT Sport apps, changed password, unistalled and reinstalled both. Logged into My BT fine online.

Hi @DerekTheChicken, sorry you're having a problem with MyBT on the the app. When you've logged into your BTID on the web are you able to view bills, manage your account or watch any of the sport clips at Watch TNT Sports | Live Streams, Highlights & Replays (bt.com)
Do you have more than 1 account linked to your BTID?

Were you a previous BT customer in the past or did you have a failed order when getting set up with us?
Does the account number show match the one on your order to get connected?

No, no and the account number on my original order is different from the one on my account details
Hi @DerekTheChicken, I don't know what has happened here.
If you've a different email address that wasn't used for a BTID before try set up a new BTID again at www.bt.com/mybt - Don't have a BTID - Create one, with your new account number and it should work ok.
