I think you have misunderstood the request.

First open a command prompt and then enter the text below exactly as written without the quote marks. The forum posts it as link but ignore that, just type the text.

Sorry but I have no idea what a command prompt is. BT went through all sorts of things but we’re unable to solve it. I’ve since changed from an Apple Mac to a Windows computer but it no different. I’ve resigned myself to using a VPN to access it now.

On windows (assuming Windows 10), goto the box near the start menu that has a magnifying glass and the text "Type here to search" and enter the word command - you should see Command Prompt as the option, select that and a black background window should open that you can type into.

Alternatively, just right click on the start button (the window icon in the left corner of the toolbar) and select Terminal
