Seems fine at the moment, everything loading straight away, can't remember yesterday to be honest.

First of all, thanks for the support.

I am not home at the moment but I can SSH there and I can confirm that the packet loss to that address still occurs.

Interestingly,  It only happens when pinging over IPv4.   IPv6 is just fine.

Hi @ST7 and @csiwek, thanks for posting back and sorry you're still seeing this issue.

The team has made a change and tested and they're not seeing packet loss now. Please would you check again and let us know how you get on?

I can confirm I don't see the packet loss anymore... I'll do more tests when I'm back home next week
