it seems ok now. let's hope it's permanent this time 🙂
Hi @csiwek
Thank you for posting back.
Sorry again that this issue reoccurred. I am pleased to see it's working ok.
If you need a hand in future you know where we are.
Take care.
Robbie
it happens again:
ping rr4---sn-cu-ajted.googlevideo.com -s 1400
--- rr4.sn-cu-ajted.googlevideo.com ping statistics ---
29 packets transmitted, 12 received, 58.6207% packet loss, time 28327ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 3.136/3.641/3.893/0.255 ms
Seems fine at the moment, everything loading straight away, can't remember yesterday to be honest.
Thank you @ST7.
I was on it last night too but didn't come across any issues.
If this continues to happen to either of you over the weekend, can you post up here and I'll contact the team again?
Thanks
DanielS
Hi @RobbieMac and @DanielS
First of all, thanks for the support.
I am not home at the moment but I can SSH there and I can confirm that the packet loss to that address still occurs.
Interestingly, It only happens when pinging over IPv4. IPv6 is just fine.
please see the results:

I'm encountering it on some but not all youtube pages, now.
I can confirm I don't see the packet loss anymore... I'll do more tests when I'm back home next week
