We have just got a new BT smart hub but neither my ipad or iphone will recognise it despite trying the 2 things BT tells you to do to connect devices. Any ideas would be welcome.

Re: Smart Hub
Are you sure you are entering the WiFi password and not the hub manager admin password.

you should have just changed the new SH to show the old hub SSID and wifi password and that way all your devices would connect as if nothing changed

Re: Smart Hub
They still show the old hub setting and work okay, although sometimes slow. Didn’t know if being connected to the new hub would increase the speed.
