but would really like to know why Access control keeps switching to OFF. I am the sole user of the machine
have you got parental controls set on hub?
No only me so no need
then go to MYBT and check that Web Protect is not active as can be by default if active then turn off
I can access the web just fine. There's no BT Protection or Parental control in place
I don't understand how you can access the web and receive that message. Have you tried a factory reset of the hub and have you checked any and all cables for intermittent connection
