A Better linked up fault resolution with the sending of engineers

Now apparently this already happens but going on my experience I very much doubt that it is true.

May I make a suggestion that if someone is waiting to have Broadband installed but it cannot be installed because of work that needs to be carried out to install the Broadband that BT don't send an engineer out to fit a Boradband line until the line is fixed! It would save people a lot of time and pain.

I have suggested the above idea but they inform me that this is how they already work anyway. What a crock of sh*t

Experience - Ordered Broadband on the 27th August 2014. 15th December 2014 still waiting for Broadband. At least 6 Engineer appointments where either the engineer hasn't been able to carry out the work or just hasn't bothered to show up. At least 30 missed dates. 100's of emails, 100's of phonecalls. I also now have significant experience in dealing with the most Incompetent company I have ever come accross.

If your thinking of moving to BT just don't, for your own sanity just don't do it.
