I thought such a thing existed, but I could not find it today (mind you, its difficult when your Broadband connection is dropping every other minute).

Hence I placed a fault call to try to see if there was a known fault, restoration time etc.  Because THEN I would stop wasting my time rebooting, changing filters, troubleshooting etc which has to be the biggest waste of time.

Even the (Indian) call centre that eventually called me back could not tell if there was an Exchange problem - but given that noone changed anything in 7-8 hours and the service miraculously restored itself, I think there was something going on.  The connection now is even a little quicker - so thats a bonus.

Back on point - where is there a fault page where ongoing service issues can be seen, with an estimated duration of the problem?  This would save so much overlap and lots of time for all.

-thx.

Thanks.  That's the one.  Authentication is a bit fiddly, but it does connect to logged faults also to view status.
