Hi,
When attempting to progress a fault that has been reported it is impossible to add any comments to the view fault page.
I have a fault outstanding that is listed as resolved and the only thing I can do is to accept it as resolved or make yet another call to the support team.
So why is the failt still listed as closed when it is open and why do the team not update what is happening or allow me to add any extra details when I have further information for them?
