Hi,
As faults develop on phone lines, especially broadband where the speed of the link slows down.
Why doesn't the BT software alert both the customer and the BT Engineers that there is a fault on the line so it can be speedily, (Although for BT I would say slowly and inefficiently) fixed before the customer has to ring in and complain?
