Revamp BT Chargecard!

People think it's just for use in phone boxes but it's not, it's a very useful service that can be used from any touch tone phone all over the world.

However, it does need modernising in terms of what it offers. It just offers basic voice calls, why not allow users to access wifi services via BT Wifi hotspots and also other hotspots.

Because BT Chargecard can be used from any phone, it really is better than BT smart talk.

Left your phone at home? Battery run out? Then BT Chargecard always comes in handy at making cashless calls from a Payphone.

Call packages should also be introduced and text messaging service that allows users to speak a message and then relay it as a text message to a mobile phone.

There are lots of things that can be done with the service and I'm surprised BT doesn't promote this service as much anymore.

Perhaps BT could promote it to BT Mobile and in future EE customers as a tool for when there mobile battery is flat or when they are unable to use there phone.
