It has been some time since people started to install windows 10.

 

The BT Help Tool refuses to work with windows 10 it comes up with an Error saying that the Browser is out of date and the Operating System is not recognized isnt it about time that this Tool was Updated to work with Widows 10 and The Edge Browser that comes with Windows 10

Would it be possible to put a link on my timeline home page to follow any complaints status made to be. This should include complaints raised directly with BT over a Phone line. I have an ongoing issues which is now approaching 10 weeks and am being passed between departments without any action being achieved. A log like this would allow me the customer to focus the issues and indicate the failings of the BT system which are many!
