With the acquisition of EE, it would be good if BT got the customer support number for EE changed from a mobile number to a normal freephone or local rate number.
It's annoying that they tell mobile customers to ring 150 from their mobile when they have no service and if to ring from landline they must ring a mobile number, yet if you were Orange or T-Mobile customer you can ring either freephone or local rate numbers for help.
