BT phone book

Why don't you save large somes of money by stop sending out paper BT phone books and also help environment by wasting paper. This is a double save. Have an opt in policy whereby people have to opt in to get a new paper BT phone book sent out. Obviously elderly people might want to keep getting a paper copy but I doubt most people under 60 ever use these paper copies. I stick mines in drawer never to be looked at again. Most people use the online phone book or other on line tools. For all the money you save I would like a % cut of savings since I'll be saving you a lot if money. Maybe 3%? Thanks
