Can I suggest that due to the number of questions that are being asked about BT Cloud that a new section be created on the forum just for BTCloud issues.
My laptop crashed and I am now using a different one. Am I able to download all data up until last Sunday or Monday as all I can see are the same files on both the new and old laptop?
