Close down the ideas bank because BT don't take it seriously and the moderators are too busy firefighting customer complaints.
I can say what I like because no-one with any influence is going to read this !

I don't think anybody high up in BT ever reads these forums, so I have no idea what the ideas bank is for.

It would be ironic if they acted on this idea. It would be one of the few ideas that were implemented and would mean the previous comments about nothing being done were wrong.
