<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
I don't know why but for some reason every PDF Adobe document that i now download keeps being deleted before I can read it by my McAfee Viru software. Even older documents that used to open with no problem are being identified as having a viruds and deleted.
The best thing is to remove McAfee as it is so resource hungry and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials it is a free download and much better.
