Have Fewer Read Only Threads in the Vision Forum

There are a dozen read only threads on the Vision forum. Each contains just one message. Would it be possible to have fewer topics, containing the same messages? For example I think the same dozen messages could appear organised thus:

They'd still show the unread content. But would save us from having to page down to see the current topics in the forum.
