BT and BT Openreach customers: Have you tried spending all day lying in bed and eating crisps?

 

I highly recommend it - it is far more productive and rewarding than phoning BT customer services, or spending the day waiting for an engineer who either doesn't arrive, or arrives and then immediately leaves because his colleagues haven't completed the necessary work for him to be able to connect a phone line. And it will cost you less from mobile phone calls to 0800 numbers, as well as causing you less stress.
