Ideas bank for BT services

This Ideas Bank umm.. idea seems to be working rather well for the forum, but there are a few suggestions here for BT services in general.  How about another Ideas Bank type forum for peoples suggestion on things that could be implemented on the BT main website (billing etc), with current services (improvements to Vision etc) or new avenues that could be good for BT to get into (Ummm... must be something!).  I realise that there would probably be a lot of unusable ideas, and probably quite fanciful ones, but if BT got just a few good ideas that they hadn't thought about, or saw the support for something that could be added, but hasn't so far as the demand wasn't apparent, then surely it would be a good thing.

Hi Alun, thanks for this suggestion. It's certainly something we can look at as part of future plans. I know that we get a few product related ideas in here too and I do pass them on, but may be worth having as a specific area. If anyone else thinks this would be useful, please add your comments here and it's something I can look at in more detail. Thx Kerry
