Recently decided to upgrade to Infinity (2/10/12) and because i have an open order on my line i was unable to add Vision to my order a) through calling BT or b)via the internet. surely it would make more sense to be able to add/ammend an order when its been placed as its more than 2 weeks off completion. not even sure if this is the right place to be posting this but thought id put it out there.
