New Board for Voucher problems

I think BT need to set up a New board on the forums for the Large number of dissatisfied customers with Voucher problems

The offer ends in 6 hours anyway, according to the BT website.

There will always be another offer of sorts Keith.

It's just that for many months I have been seeing problems with customers being able to get these Voucher offers that BT are doing.

Post after post after post.

I also visit other forums and Sky are also doing Vouchers but I dont seem to see customers on the forums there bringing up any problems about recieving them.

To late to edit, but I take back that I cannot see on other forums the same complaints.

There are definitely Voucher problems on Sky the same as BT but Sky do have theres in a seeperate board.

This makes sense, especially as the customer to customer support is limited.
